Bug on GTA RP (fivem)

Question

Hello everyone, I've had GTA V for 2 weeks now and I'm playing on a FiveM server, but my game isn't smooth and I often go through the map which takes a lot of time to load. Do you have any advice to optimize my game? Or do you think it's due to my connection?
My config:
Intel Core i5-4460
16GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 750 Ti

Change your graphic settings; if you are on ultra, switch to normal. It often comes from those settings, generally!

Hi, it's either your CPU or your graphics card. In my opinion, your graphics card is too weak to load the map and the addons.
