IPTV - connection issue

Good evening,
I have an Android box (bqeel) connected to the TV and connected via Wi-Fi.
I can't access IPTV, however, when I share my phone's connection in 4G, it works very well. I also tried testing via Wi-Fi at someone else's place, and it works too. What is the problem???? Why doesn't the application work on Wi-Fi at my place?

Wrong configuration of the internet box settings or the WiFi router if you have one.
