Self-scrolling pages

Hello,
Every time I scroll down a webpage, it always jumps back to the top. For instance, if I'm at the bottom of the page, it scrolls back up. The same happens in settings; when I go to the bottom of the settings, the page scrolls back up.
When I watch a video in full screen, it enlarges on its own. This doesn't happen all the time, but approximately every 5 minutes.
I also have pages that switch from one to another. For example, if I'm in an app, it closes by itself.

I have reset the settings and done the update, but it doesn't change anything.

from what you describe, it seems that your issue is related to the touchscreen.
For example, to scroll up a page, you need to tap twice on the time.
However, if this doesn’t only happen when you are at the very bottom of the page, then the problem lies with the OS, and perhaps a complete reset of the phone would be necessary.

Yes, it's when I'm at the bottom of the screen. I've already reset the phone. I think I'm going to contact customer support. I didn't know that, thank you very much for your help.
