Bluetooth headset Muse M-276 not working anymore

Hello,

After charging my Bluetooth headset overnight, I turned it on. Normally, at this point, it starts flashing blue and then red to indicate that it's waiting to be paired with a device. But now, the light only flashes blue (this has never happened before), and the headset won't turn off or connect to any device (even though I can detect it). What should I do?

    Hello, I read your message, I'm experiencing the same problem as you, yesterday my headset was connected as usual, and now it won't connect or turn off, it just keeps flashing blue, so I'm waiting for the battery to die completely to try again. (I know this message won't provide you with the help you need, but I wanted to share this problem and try to find a solution...)

      Don't lose hope, I did the same as you and waited for the battery to drain... And in the end, my problem was solved!

    Hello,
    I'm not experiencing the same problem as you. But it's the same headset and I haven't found anyone else who has this headset and has encountered an issue with it. My problem is that my headset won't turn on, but when I plug it in via USB to charge, the light turns red, and it works with the jack. What can I do to fix this problem?

        Exactly! I didn't understand at all, it was brand new, I just plugged it into the mains and nothing happened, impossible to turn it back on!
