It is 4 years old.

Hello, before you disrupt your computer with any incident like uninstalling a software "properly," it's a delicate operation. In case of persistent bugs, think about doing a "system restore to a previous date" before the bug; that's the term used in Windows. This operation allows you to revert your system to the state it was in before the chosen date.
In Cortana, type "System Restore," then create a restore point, and in the window that appears, click on restore and follow the guide.
It's completely risk-free and often beneficial; you can cancel the operation by choosing to return to the current date.
You may only risk losing the ongoing virtual project for the video, but not the files.

From now on,
Create a restore point before installing or modifying software.
Type in Cortana "create a restore point" in the "System Properties" window, go to "System Protection," type "create," then give it a name, date, and time, then click OK.

Hello Sir,

Thank you for getting back to me.
Unfortunately, the video playback still doesn't work.
I did a restore as advised, but the issue is not resolved; the only restore point offered is dated 03/24/2020, while the problem dates back much earlier!
As for Cortana, I don't have it; I don't even know what it is...
I am desperate.

I have a 4G box from a well-known operator: Bouygues! (by the way, there has been no support for several weeks, they seem to have found an ... economic ... solution ... 'your identification number does not work' and they hang up no matter what time it is).
I am increasingly frequently getting this error 4207, it is becoming unbearable because it’s impossible, for example, to watch the end of the news on France 2.
The recommended fix (by support) is to completely reboot the box.
And once in every two times the connection is reestablished.
It is unbearable that an operator cannot provide a service during this period.
A registered letter has been sent with a copy to the relevant state services!

In fact, there is a button (accessible with a paperclip) under the BOX that completely restarts the BOX! It's annoying to do this every day, as it takes quite a bit of time.
