MSI Freeze, forced reboot required

Hello, I'm sorry if this topic is repeating itself, but I'm really not familiar with computers and I didn't understand the answers from other threads...

I bought an MSI laptop in August for college, video editing, and gaming. About a month ago, it suddenly shut down, leaving a burnt smell, and wouldn't turn back on. I got it back a few days ago, the motherboard replaced, and I can use it again. However, it often freezes several times a day, making a pretty loud sound (not from the components, the sound comes from the speakers). I have to use forced shutdown and restart it, which takes longer than usual (I have an SSD).

Sometimes, the image just freezes, other times the screen goes black, or it freezes + displays moving black and green dots on the screen.

Given the current circumstances, I really can't wait another month for it to be sent back for repairs; can you help me?

    Hello,
it looks more like a physical problem.
Does it happen at any time while doing anything, or is it more specific?

In the device manager (Windows key + R > devmgmt.msc), try disabling your dedicated graphics card (NVIDIA, I suppose).
