Unable to connect to Wi-Fi on Toshiba TV

Hello,
I ordered a Toshiba TV model 58U2963DG 146cm a month and a half ago.
It worked well for 1 month, but now I can't connect to Wi-Fi.
When I go to menu/network/network type, the Wi-Fi device tab has disappeared; only the wired device tab remains.
At first, it would come back intermittently, but now it has completely disappeared.

What should I do?

Thank you for your help.

Right now, with the lockdown at home, my wifi signal is fluctuating. Is this a possible explanation? Is your TV far from your router? Can you move it closer to see if it's a wifi signal problem?

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me.

In fact, it's really related to the TV and not the wifi signal since the wifi device tab has disappeared; I can no longer search for any wifi networks.
This tab had a tendency to disappear in recent days, but it would come back.
Now it has permanently disappeared; I have no choice but to use a wired connection, which is impossible since I use my phone's hotspot to get wifi.

That makes this lockdown feel a bit longer...
Unless there's a miracle solution, I think I'll have to return the TV for warranty once the lockdown is over.
Recently, it even starts turning off and on by itself.

Ouch, yes indeed, that seems to be a TV issue! Good luck!

Hello,
Have you found a solution because I have exactly the same problem?
Thank you,

No, I haven't solved the problem; it's worse now. The TV no longer tolerates any Wi-Fi connection. When the Wi-Fi network search tab reappears and I connect, the TV keeps turning off and on continuously. The only solution is to stop all Wi-Fi connections.
If you find a solution, I would be very interested!
I'm considering maybe sending the TV back under warranty.
