I am looking for a formula that allows me to calculate the products recorded in advance on Excel
some may be over several years

    An example of your file with explanations would be welcome.
    To send a file,
    Make sure there are NO CONFIDENTIAL DATA
    you need to go through an attachment site like cjoint.com

    Click on browse,
    Find your file,
    Click on open,
    Click on "Create the cjoint link",
    Copy the link,

    I am looking to calculate "the surplus" from January 1, 2020, until the end of the indicated period in the last column, taking into account the start date and not the invoice date.
