Reset this PC stuck at 43%

Hello, so I’m new to this forum but the problem is that I have a problem as the title says, I have a reset issue and it’s stuck at 43% for over 4 hours, it’s really frustrating not being able to fix it so if any of you would be kind enough to help me that would be nice.

It's really urgent because previously I had a virus (trojan) and I couldn't do anything anymore, so I only had time to reset the PC by deleting everything (I didn't have any folders), but that's all I could do because the task manager crashed every time I opened it. However, I was able to see that something called "system interrupt" was at 100% CPU, so maybe that was causing the task manager to crash and that it would stop it, but it was impossible to stop the process, so I was "forced" to reset the PC. But as I mentioned in my first comment, it's stuck at 40%, so it's really urgent if someone could help me, I would be grateful.
