Update issues on Autel AL319

Hello,
I have a problem with my altar al 319. I tried to do an update and the screen got stuck on a blue page. How can I get it working again? Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 80.0.3987.149

    I was in the same situation as you; in fact, we downloaded the wrong update, which prevented the device from restarting.
    Steps to follow:

    Go to https://support.autel.com/support/solutions/folders/8000079080

    Then download the update package for the AL 319

    Then start the "Maxilink 2" application

    Repeat the same process (update program and DTC)

    Once the update is done, unplug the device and then plug it back in, and it should start.
