Hello
I am the administrator of a Facebook page for my mom's business.
I often need to tag several people, but for several months (before November 2019), when I publish, the tag links for certain people disappear.
I tag my own profile and it works even after saving.
However, when I tag, among others, my mom's profile... it gets deactivated for no apparent reason after saving.
Even in the comments of those posts
We have checked the account settings,
it seems that this is not where the issue lies
I have reported the problem at least 5 times but received no responses
Can someone help me?
P.S: I have a screenshot that I can send privately.

After hours of investigation, I found the solution!!! It's related to the settings of private profiles. I noticed that the people we can't identify are also the ones who don't appear in the page's followers list. If you want to identify a person, they need to go to their profile settings and under "Who can see the people, Pages and lists you follow" select "Public". Ta-da! After that, the person is visible in the followers list and can be identified :-)
but THANK YOU SO MUCH! I spent hours banging my head against the settings.
