Hello, I just moved into a new apartment and I have this outlet with 2 coaxial outputs to screw in.
I've attached a photo because I would like to know if I can install a box, and if so, whether it's ADSL or fiber, and which operators I should choose??? Thank you for clarifying the use of this outlet.
Thanks in advance
Nicolas

Ah brupala, that's his username, sorry ????.
Hi,
Zorro is coming :-)))
Your situation is not looking good; is that really all you have in your communication box?
Check with the owner.
This distribution box could allow you to connect a cable input on the left to wall sockets, but it seems there are no outputs to the wall sockets; the electricians missed quite a bit.
At best, if it's really wired in the old way around there, you could receive the fake SFR fiber in coaxial on this distribution box; it's up to you to figure out how to send it elsewhere if needed.
In any case, it's up to you to contact the ISPs by entering your postal address on Ariase, for example, to see what each one can install for you.
Just because there is this input doesn't mean that other options aren't possible for fiber or ADSL, preferably fiber.
Is it in Rennes?

Thank you Zorro Brupala and also to Quentin for his intervention. I’ve sent you the complete photo since it’s a standard TV connection, no need for fiber optics. If you know where I can go when you mention SFR fiber, is it Numericable or something else? I appreciate the information. Yes, it’s in Rennes, a building from the 60s.
In Rennes,
there's fiber, it's better than SFR/numericable/fake fiber.
You should take apart your socket, I have the feeling they forgot to put a cable behind it or it's just lying around disconnected in your communication cabinet.
Check on Ariase, they are from the area too, in Cesson or Chantepie, I believe.
By the way, the picture of the distributor,
is it the box next to your socket, not the communication cabinet?

OK,
no, just electric departures in there, don't you have anything else?
there must be the connection circuit breaker (EDF or rather Enedis) somewhere too...
We can't see it there.
