Coaxial splitter for TV?

Hello,

I just moved into a new apartment and what a surprise it was to find that there was no standard antenna socket but this thing: http://technetix.pl/images/VQ643.jpg

It seems to be a box installed by numéricâble allowing the residents of the building to receive FM, TV, and DATA through 3 coaxial connectors.
I bought a coaxial -> antenna socket adapter but it's not working; my TV isn't picking up any channels.

Do you know if you must subscribe to numéricâble to receive TV through these kinds of boxes?

Thank you for your answers

Configuration: Windows 8 / Chrome 24.0.1312.52

No, you can receive free TNT channels via Numéricable without having to pay a subscription. Just perform a channel search on the TV's TNT tuner.
The link you submitted doesn't lead anywhere.
