Hello,
I recently bought a PC with the following specs: Ryzen 7 3700x, AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT, 16GB of RAM, and I have set up my PC by installing Windows. However, when I installed the drivers for my graphics card, I encountered several black screens, and then the resolution changed to 640x480, and I can't change it; the resolution is stuck at that setting. I would need your help, please. Thank you in advance.

At first glance, it doesn't seem to be the right video driver...
It needs to be replaced.
You should be able to do this from the control panel:
System/Device Manager/Graphics Card/your graphics card
Right-click and "Update Driver"
Don't let Windows search for it, but provide it with the path to the folder where the correct driver is located.

If it's a laptop, the best thing to do is to download the driver from the manufacturer's website based on the model of the computer..
If it's a graphics card on the BUS.. I don't know..
Personally, I refer to the reference on the box when I bought it..
