Ducky One 2 Mini keyboard issue

Hello
I recently wanted to update my keyboard using the Ducky Channel firmware
so I had to uninstall the keyboard drivers, but now it doesn't work at all including the RGB. It is currently not recognized on any PC and I can't find any solution
I just reset my PC as advised so that the drivers would be automatically reinstalled, but nothing has changed
Do you have a solution?

    My Ducky One 2 Mini won't turn on anymore and I think it's because of a key combination, but I don't know which one to use to turn it back on.

      I found a viable solution for the Ducky One 2 Mini:
      The problem: The first time I installed the latest driver available on the reference site. I followed the guide by turning on my Ducky while holding the D and L keys, then after the update was completed, I disconnected and reconnected my keyboard and nothing happened (No RGB, no USB detected by my PC, as if it wasn’t reading it).
      The solution: I took a second keyboard to go to the Ducky One website and installed the second driver. I then performed the installation as I did for the first one (D and L, then installation, then disconnect and reconnect) and my keyboard finally reconnected.

      Hello, I have the same problem, basically I downloaded the wrong driver and the keyboard doesn't work anymore and Windows doesn't recognize it anymore.

      Hello,

      I had the same problem this afternoon, unplug your keyboard and plug it into another computer, the keyboard will turn back on and the update will no longer be on your PC. You can then reconnect your keyboard and enjoy my advice.

    Unfortunately, I can't answer your question.
    However, when you updated your keyboard's firmware, did you make sure to download the one that corresponds to your keyboard? Because the manufacturer states that if you downloaded the wrong firmware, it could cause malfunctions.

      Yes, but actually, I initially pressed Windows left and right at the same time for 3 seconds, then nothing appeared.

        Normally, this manipulation serves to reset the keyboard settings. Try doing it again or plug it into another PC and redo the firmware.

    Hello, I had the same problem so I tried something and my Ducky turned back on. Actually, you need to update the keyboard to 1.9 and not to 1.22.
