Hello, I bought this phone 3 years ago and I would like to change the greeting message in my voicemail

The problem is that when I go into the voicemail menu, the voicemail message disappears for a few seconds and then disappears with 2 beeps, so I can't access the voicemail anymore

I have already tried to reset to default in the menu, nothing works

      Hello, thank you for the response. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the voicemail settings; when I go into the voicemail menu, it beeps twice like when you've reached the end and doesn't go any further.
