Hello,
I just purchased an Alcatel F330 duo device. In the box, I find a brief manual that tells me it's a mini guide and that I will find the complete user manual along with online help on the Alcatel website.
I then go to the site, and instead of a complete manual, I find an exact copy of what I have in my box!
I search other sites but I can't find what I'm looking for.
Thank you for your help in resolving my issue.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 40.0.2214.115

I just acquired an ALCATEL F330 landline phone: how do I record a personalized message on the answering machine?
Is it in "memo" or somewhere else? I tried it in memo, and the message appears in "RECEIVED messages," while I want my caller to hear MY message when THEY CALL. Please respond quickly, thank you.
