After multiple attempts, the game won't launch when I click on “Play” and it has been like this for a few days now. The download and update went very smoothly, but I can't play it. I downloaded it on my computer (an HP, Windows).
What should I do? Is there a way to resolve this issue quickly?

The game update won't start. I've been trying to launch it since yesterday, but it doesn't work.
