Hello,
I just changed my phone because my other one was broken. I would like to recover my Google account, but it says I need to verify that the Google account is really mine. It asks for verification on my old phone, but that phone doesn't work anymore. Actually, there's another solution, which is to send me a confirmation SMS, but I changed my number, so it sends a verification code to the wrong number. Basically, there's no way to verify my Google account on my new phone.
