My Numericable email address is no longer working.

Hello, following the acquisition of Numericable by SFR, my address ***@*** no longer works.
I can no longer receive my mail nor send it.
I tried to log in to SFR with my Numericable credentials, but they are not recognized.
What should I do, please?

    me too it doesn't work anymore, impossible to recover it, plus I need it to recover another email address.
