Hello,

I am unable to access my cegetel.net email inbox. After trying many times to contact SFR customer service, they responded that since I am not an SFR customer, they cannot help me.
What can I do to recover my messages?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    You need to go to SFR mail and enter your full address (with cegetel.net) and it should work normally.

      Have you solved your problem since then? Because I have exactly the same one as you.

      After calling SFR repeatedly, I eventually spoke to a technician who "understood" what I was saying and who immediately resolved the bug that was blocking my account.
      There is no other solution, so patience and perseverance.
