Hello, impossible to read a tape recorded with my Philips VR685 VCR since I plugged it into another TV. Before, it worked. Now I see: no video signal. However, in fast forward, I can discern a striped image. When I stop, I see on a blue background: E1 and 00. Then it returns to the "no video signal" display. What surprises me is that before I moved the VCR to connect it to another TV, everything worked fine. Thank you for your help.

Hello and welcome to this forum,
Your VCR has a SCART output, how did you connect it to your new TV?
The heads might be dirty, so you should either run a cleaning cassette, or "get your hands dirty" :

thank you.
I’ve reconnected everything identically with a SCART cable. I also cleaned the head with a cleaning cassette. it still doesn’t work!

Hello.
Did you plug the cable back into AV 1 on the VCR correctly? (sometimes in a hurry)

Retry the operation with the first TV. While you’re at it, check if a pin in the SCART cable sockets isn’t bent.
See you later . . .
