NETGEAR CPL Issue No Internet Connection

Hello, a 2-unit powerline adapter of version: Power line 1000 + Extra Outlet PLP1000.
On my first powerline adapter, the Powerline light is not on. So with my second adapter, I have no internet connection. Here is the version of my powerline adapter. So can you help me as quickly as possible, thanks.

    Hi,
    first, try to pair the two powerline adapters together by plugging them both into the same power strip and pressing the button on each for 2 seconds.
    then, once they are paired, place them back in their locations, and if it doesn't work, it means the electrical network is too noisy or unsuitable.
    you should then unplug unnecessary devices to identify the culprit, often a small power supply or charger.

      Thank you very much! In my case, I had to plug both powerline adapters into the same power strip and pair them together again. After that, I was able to install them in different rooms.
