AKB7 is not a soundbar reference... but that of a remote control (see label on the back)
What are the (Brand and model) references of this television?
Who provides the image to the television? (antenna - TV box - decoder)

It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
