Hello, I purchased an LG LAS400B soundbar a little over a year ago.
Everything was working well until the day the soundbar became unpaired from the subwoofer in the middle of a movie.
I tried to pair them manually, as indicated in the manual, but nothing works!
I can't get past the step of "pressing the mute button," which makes the indicator on the soundbar blink quickly. It still blinks slowly. Meanwhile, the subwoofer blinks quickly green-yellow.
If someone could please come to my rescue.

Did you follow the protocol on page 10 of this notice by bringing the bar and the casing together? :

Following the prolonged press of the "mute" button, the standby indicator on the main unit should blink rapidly, but mine keeps blinking slowly, just like in step 1.
I've tried everything with this mute button: I pressed it for 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 20 seconds. Still nothing, it keeps blinking softly.
