Ghost Application, impossible to uninstall

Hello, I have a problem with an app that is like a ghost; I uninstalled it and it lost its logo but hasn't moved! When I go to the Play Store, I can reinstall it, even though it's still on my phone. When I click to uninstall it, the option doesn't appear; it doesn't show up anywhere in my phone files or in my app bank; it's nowhere except on my interface. Is it a virus? The app in question is Inshort; do you have any idea? My phone is a Galaxy S10+; I don't know if that's important, but thanks in advance!!

It's an application that must be installed on your phone beforehand; it's probably an option that you've installed on it. You should check your settings. That's likely where the problem is.

Thank you, I should have waited for your response. I reset my phone and the app disappeared. It's a editing app that I installed, but it wouldn't uninstall. Thanks for your help ^^
