Hello yes very dishonest I bought a watch for €39 and after two weeks it no longer charges and they do not respond to the email so I informed UFC Que Choisir and the fraud service to follow up
It is impossible to return a watch if you are not satisfied... they only accept a refund if the package did not arrive due to their fault... if the watch is defective, it is an exchange and you must first send it back to the USA and pay for shipping, customs fees, etc... it is not possible to change the display from 12h to 24h or to change the temperature from F to C, in short, it's a scam.
I ordered a connected Stylea watch from them, as well as two pairs of wireless earbuds.
The earbuds are fine. The watch I bought in November stopped working at the beginning of January. I sent an email, and they asked for a video to prove that my watch is not working anymore. Video sent.
They replied that they can send me another watch for 15€ for shipping costs. I refused and asked for a refund.
In the second email, it's either a new watch for 15€ or another watch at a 50% discount.
It's take it or leave it, basically, because further down they ask me to read their refund policy.
It's a site that smells like a scam.

As other comments indicate, this site is not reliable, the delivery time is endless and the products look more like toys than smartwatches... very disappointed with my purchase, I do not recommend this site which ranks number 1 on Google for smartwatches... For me, the product I received was not worth €80, I would estimate it to be worth around ten euros to possibly entertain children.

Hello, I ordered 2 watches from this site! It's a complete disaster! The heart rate is completely inaccurate, the number of steps per day is multiplied by 2 or 3 compared to reality, and the number of kilometers done during a training session is underreported! I'm trying to get a refund but it's complicated!

Total scam this site I got fooled it’s a Chinese site the photos of the watches are fake misleading advertising real thieves they are rotten they’re Chinese. Buy on Amazon you won't be disappointed.
I have good news: Paypal payments have become impossible on the site. This transaction specialist had to withdraw from this site due to too many defaults. The scammers won't last long anymore and I’ll see you in front of the Baumettes, we’ll throw oranges and bananas at them.
Never buy from this site!!! The watch is not of good quality, if something happens, the brand takes no responsibility. It's a big scam.
Super bogus. Watch purchased for 50 euros to please my wife. Synchronization problem for the time, dials do not match their advertisement at all, customer service does not respond. It's worth 10 euros on Alibaba! I bought it via PayPal, I'm going to try to get a refund.

My wife has one too and it connects on iOS but for her and for me, it's junk. The measurements are completely ridiculous:
- a day of telecommuting without moving or almost from her desk, and boom 12,000 steps. Total craziness!
- ambient temperature: 30° at my place, while it's barely 20° (the sensor is disturbed by body temperature)
Support's response: you need to take off the watch to get the correct temperature or avoid counting "virtual" steps if you are typing on the keyboard, haha... in short, don't use our watch if you want reliable measurements.
Don't buy from this site. IT'S A SCAM!!

So yes, the watch arrived quite quickly, I managed to get it started after several attempts.
It turned off by itself after 3 weeks of use even though the battery had just been charged. I had trouble turning it back on.
And the same thing happened a week later and it was impossible to turn it back on.
A lifespan of one month is a bit short.

Hello, I bought 2 Fitpower Glory watches a month ago... no Bluetooth connection on my phone... it doesn't work... nothing works... I asked for a refund or an exchange... I'll see if they are honest otherwise I promise you all that you will be refunded for your purchases.

I bought a watch from them, aesthetically it's acceptable with a simple grip. However, there's a major issue: we don't receive messages???? I contacted customer service who gave me a few things to try, which changed nothing. So I requested a refund for my defective watch (as the policy allows me to) but for the past 2 months it’s been a huge fight to prove it to them as they find a multitude of excuses. After providing photos and videos as proof of the issue and trying it on several brands of phones, there’s still no refund in sight. Very poor after-sales service, even when they are at fault.

Quickly run away from this seller.
Low-end watch supposedly on sale when it's just very ordinary AliExpress stuff.
Very long delivery times and the seller's refusal to take back the watch that constantly bugs.

But I received the watch in 3 weeks.. ordered at the beginning of May and received 3 weeks later, but my watch only worked for 3 days and to exercise the warranty.. fitpowerforce is offering to send me a watch again but wants me to pay €15 for shipping.. after several emails they answered that they are not in France and that it doesn't work like that there so I'm requesting this watch again and I'm adding €15 because it was a gift from my daughters but this is the last time I get taken in like this or I'll check the warranty or I'll order as usual on Amazon when there’s a problem they fix it right away and without charging for shipping for an exchange or replacement...
