Alpine Quest on Windows 10

Hello everyone
I installed the Android navigation/mapping app "Alpine Quest" via the "Bluestacks" emulator on my PC (Windows 10): once launched, the app geolocates me in... Paris (by default, I suppose) while I live in Voiron near Grenoble, and the same goes for other geolocation-related apps (like "Precise Altimeter" which also geolocates me in Paris)
How can I activate real geolocation?? (and is it possible with this type of connection via an emulator and indoors??)
