Withdrawal period and non-renewal MSPYY

Hello,

Can someone tell me if there is a withdrawal period to cancel the purchase for personal reasons? And where can we go to address this?
If that is not possible, how can I avoid renewing my first 3-month subscription?
Does anyone have the procedure (email address or phone number to contact)?

Hello,

You have 14 days for withdrawal.
However, it's explained on their website here https://www.mspy.fr/refund-policy.html
In case you don't read all the way to the end, the email address is refund@mspy.fr for refund requests.

Please contact support, still at the same link, support@mspy.fr and specify that the email address refund@mspy.fr is not valid.

The email has been sent.
Hoping it works because their refund policies are quite strict; however, it seems to me that in France there is no particular reason for a refund request within the withdrawal period.
