Hello,
Hi, I have a problem on Chrome since I used HTML to underline and bold my emails, they no longer read correctly. Yet I've put everything back in order on Ajax but no luck, and I agree that Free doesn't care and tells me to sort it out on the forum by saying that only gmail.com is a real secure email service, Zimbra that they sold me would just be an amateur's box according to them.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.130

Good evening,
>> the Zimbra they sold me <<
And at what price, please? I didn't know that Free offered the paid version of Zimbra.
Zimbra is, among other things, an email server used by Free. But Zimbra is different from Free! So don't ask Free to intervene on Zimbra. Wikipedia has an article about Zimbra here.
For your information, Free also uses another webmail, Roundcube. You can access it at the following address: https://imp.free.fr/
Regarding Zimbra settings:
Normally, we use the html format which is more interesting.
If your correspondents are having trouble reading your messages correctly, it's because they are using incorrect settings. They need to request the message to be displayed in html if it's not automatic.

Regarding Zimbra settings:
- in preferences, you should normally use the connection with Ajax
- For composing messages, you can use the text format which ensures that your messages will be read without issues, but which does not allow any text formatting.

Hello
Thank you for this additional advice, however, that's not the issue. It will be useful for writing.
As for my problem, it's that I am no longer receiving them correctly in view. The images no longer display and I can no longer click on them since they aren't showing up.
There is no longer a colored box to click on, etc...
Yet, I did the reverse operation to go back to the original settings but there's no way.
So to see the graphs and be able to click on the "click here" links, I have to use my iPhone 4S
I also tried opening my emails in Internet Explorer, in Firefox, but nothing works, only my phone can access them.
How can I return to the original settings and read my emails like I used to before selecting this damned HTML in preferences?

Wonderful, finally found. You can’t imagine how good it feels; I’ve been trying this trick for several months to be able to underline, but it seems you shouldn’t touch it.
I just switched from Ajax to HTML, nothing more.
Thank you very much because this was causing me a lot of problems.
It’s clear that you have a good handle on this Zimbra box.
So now if I need to underline, I will do it in the options for the relevant email.
Thanks again.

One good thing done!
I must say that the menus in Zimbra are not always very straightforward, as there are a lot of options: When you're in the Preferences tab, the display depends on what you've selected on the left. So there are ultimately multiple preferences for each of the items in the left column.
Have a good evening!
