Hello everyone,
I am sending emails to email addresses that I use every day with Outlook without any issues.
But for some reason I can't explain, I can't send certain messages with Zimbra. They are "blacklisted".
Here's an example of the message I receive in return:
This is the mail system at host wmproxy2-g27.free.fr.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

Good evening
A colleague encounters exactly the same message when sending a message from a FREE connection
Impossible to know where it comes from
When he sends to another FREE address, there is no problem but he can't send any message to his colleagues at the office, whose emails are hosted under a private domain name.
HELP

I found the solution: I gave up on Zimbra, I switched to Gmail and everything works well!
Thanks Zimbra! And especially thanks Gmail.

Oops, I had forgotten about that!!!
The colleague's problem is resolved. It really is Zimbra that is messing things up.
By going through imp.free.fr, there are no issues sending messages.
Free tried to improve its thing for managing messages, but it doesn't work!
We're not that stupid, after all.
See you soon.
Good luck.

A small correction, it is not Zimbra that refuses email addresses but certain Free servers (which host Zimbra) that are blacklisted at www.spamhaus.org.
In fact, their IP address is listed at "Spamhaus" as a source of spam.
Email servers that verify the origin of the email using these lists therefore systematically reject the emails.
Unfortunately, only FREE can intervene with "Spamhaus.org" to have their server removed from this list.
I have contacted Free support several times to explain where the problem came from, but support simply responds - I quote - "I regret to inform you that we cannot respond to your request, as it is outside the support scope for the Free technical team."!!
"There is none so deaf as he who will not hear..."

Thank you, Jephte, for following up on the matter until the end.
What a shame that Free is unable to address the issue! What a shame for them and their business, I mean, because for me, everything is fine with Gmail. When you think that it’s them recommending Zimbra, that they have the means to make it work better and that they apparently don’t take the necessary steps...
Note that I started a discussion on this issue on another forum, here is the address:
