Hello,
It's now been 4 days that I've been trying to recover my Outlook account by correctly filling out the recovery form, but Microsoft keeps blowing me off every time, even though I provide consistent information related to the accounts I've already used to recover my Outlook account. It's normally linked to my Gmail account, but one can't retrieve the other; neither of them can recover my account with a form and a secret question that I'm supposed to know. I'm at my wit's end, I don't know what to do and I don't know how to contact their engineers to resolve my issue. If it can help, I managed to retrieve my account recovery ticket number. Through which medium should I communicate it?

Hello, it's been a week since I've been trying to recover my Outlook account; I've filled out the document four times. But the response is that the information provided does not allow us to give a positive answer. This problem occurred after purchasing and installing the Office 365 Personal package. Since opening the account, I've also changed my phone number. How can I recover my account, as my work is linked to this account?
