Hello everyone, I hope you can help me solve this problem.
I have a Hisense 50B7500 television that is normally capable of playing many types of video files via USB or otherwise, but the problem is that when I download high-quality files in WEBM format, I put the files on a standard USB stick and connect it to my TV, and no files are displayed.
Whereas when I put in 1080p in MP4 format, it displays that file, where does the problem come from, the USB stick? The TV not supporting it? Even though its specs say otherwise?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
You need to convert your webm file to .mp4 using software like "format factory" for example. This comes from your TV which does not support this type of format.

Yes, I’ve done a bit of searching and I found this type of file; it’s for the web, and it needs to be converted so that my TV can read it via a USB stick or other support. Is it possible to convert the 4K (21XX) webm format to mp4?
