Accessibility issue on twitch / twitter / discord etc...

Hello everyone, since this afternoon I can no longer access several sites like Twitch / Twitter Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND.
I have obviously checked my internet connection even though I had access to all other sites, for example, YouTube works perfectly. I did a speed test and my connection is stable; it hasn't changed from usual.
I found a post with a similar problem except that the person was using Microsoft Edge and their problem was localized to their PC on the internet only (the apps on their PS4 had no issues)
I have already performed: - complete reinstallation of Chrome - reboot connection

What is very strange is that my PS4 (on the same connection) also refuses to open the Twitch app error: 77B8CA0 -B64267A0 but on the contrary, the Netflix app works very well, the games too, and the internet test on the PS4 also gives a result identical to before.

I wasn't doing anything special at the time of the issue (Face it on the game CSGO) on voice chat on Discord with friends. I was even disconnected from Discord and unable to restart it; I had to reboot my PC to gain access again.

I am on Windows 10 / (ACER Laptop | AN517-51) / PC and PS4 connected via Ethernet cable
