Tu as donc déjà acheter le jeux ?
Si oui, vérifie chaque petit fichier mais comme tu as déjà utiliser Revo Uninstaller cela m'étonnerait, tu peux passer par le regedit mais je te le déconseille FORTEMENT si tu n'est pas sur à 100% de ce que tu fait. Cependant vérifie dans TOUT le dossier "%appdata%"(Roaming, LocalLow et Local), supprime tout les fichier dans le dossier "%temp%", et vérifie également dans ton dossier C:\ProgramData (si tu le trouve pas vas dans l'onglet "Affichage" en haut de ton "Explorateur" et coche la case "Eléments masqués") :) !

Malheuresement les programmes installer en xxxxxxxx.MSI sont des programmes qui DEVRONT être désinstallé en ce même .MSI ce qui fait que si tu as supprimé ce .MSI tu ne pourras donc pas le désinstaller comme ça (j'avait eu le même souci avec un programme installé en .MSI) !
Alors pour ce faire ouvre "Windows PowerShell" en tant qu'administrateur et colle y cette commande:
Get-WmiObject -class win32_product | Where-Object { $_.Name -like "Epic Games Launcher"} | ForEach-Object {$_.Uninstall()}
Réessaye ensuite de le réinstaller et dit moi si cela fonctionne !

Cela t'aideras très probablement mais sinon tu peux réinitialiser ton PC en gardant tes fichiers mais tu devrais réinstaller tout tes logiciels

Oui effectivement j'ai déja acheté le jeu, j'y ai même joué pendant une petite semaine avant de ne plus pouvoir y accéder ( le lobby me demandait de vérifier l'installation). J'ai tenté de réinstaller le jeu sans succès, puis je me suis dit qu'il fallait peut-être essayer de désinstaller également épic games pour tout réinstaller, et voilà où j'en suis, complètement bloqué ! :)
J'ai regardé les fichiers %appdata%, supprimé les fichiers dans le dossier %temp% et vérifié le dossier C:\ProgramData. J'y ai trouvé quelques traces d'Epic Games que j'ai supprimées, mais cela n'a pas changé le problème.
Pour Regedit j'avais regardé un peu, mais cela me semble trop compliqué par rapport à ce que je suis capable de maîtriser !

PARFAIT cela veux dire que Epic Games Launcher est bien désinstaller as tu entré la 3ème commande si oui redémarre ton PC et réinstalle

J'ai exécuté les 3 commandes, redémarré le PC mais rien ne change pour l'installation d'Epic games (exactement les mêmes problèmes qu'au début).
J'ai essayé de refaire plusieurs fois les manips pour vérifier que je n'avais rien loupé mais rien à faire pas de changement :(

A partir de tes liens j'ai pu solutionner le problème : J'ai exécuté "Microsoft Fix-It", j'ai ensuite eu à corriger une autre erreur pour réinstaller avec Window Repair, et voilà c'est bon !
