Color screen at startup.

Hello,
I have recently been having a small issue with my 4K RADIOLA LD55-RD2212KC TV. Upon turning it on, it displays different colored screens for several minutes (red -> green -> blue, etc.) before switching to the image of the selected source (HDMI). I have changed my HDMI cables but that hasn't made any difference. Is this a sign of an impending failure?

Hello Alice,
Try unplugging everything: HDMI cables, antenna, and power cord, wait five minutes, and plug them back in.
If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

I have followed your two pieces of advice, but unfortunately, I still encounter the same problem... It always occurs after a prolonged shutdown of the TV; if I turn it off and turn it back on right away, it starts normally.
