Blancco computer startup

Hello everyone,
I don't know where to post my issue and I hope you can help me????
I just bought a new computer from Backmarket "Msi GS60 6QC-230FR Ghost 15.6"
At startup, a blank page appears showing a lot of information from "blancco"
on my computer...
I have no idea how to get out of this?

    Hi,

    This is a software used for wiping data from the previous owner.

    I don’t know how it works.

    Is there a Windows that starts up?

    You can create a minimum 8Gb USB drive of Windows 10

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

    And start the installation from the PC Boot Menu

    Press F11 as soon as it starts up (I think that’s it) and select the USB drive

    Install Windows 10 Pro

    If it’s not activated but the PC works fine, buy a Full Genuine Windows 10 Pro license on eBay or another site.

    Once activated, type the command slmgr -dli to check if the license is indeed a RETAIL Channel license, so you’re not a victim of a limited license scam.

    You could also try the Home version; maybe it will be automatically activated upon Internet connection, but it's more limited than Windows 10 Pro. If that works for you, it's up to you.
