Hello, I received an email from a friend saying that Windows has released a version called Windows 12. I have Windows 10. Can you explain to me how to download and install it? Thank you in advance.

    Hi, the latest version of Windows is Windows 10 As A Service.
    Windows updates perpetually, but the core remains the same.
    Windows 12 hasn't been released yet.
    You can, however, modify the Windows interface with software. That's probably what your friend did. In any case, he led you on, otherwise the email is actually phishing to steal your personal information :)

        Windows 12 does exist; the new laptops like mine, which I bought yesterday, indeed have Windows 12 on them and not Windows 10. Laptop purchased on June 27, 2020.
