Storio Max XL cartridge games not working

Hello, I'm reaching out because the Storio Max XL tablet doesn't recognize the game cartridges and they're stuck. Can someone please help me clarify this?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 79.0.3945.93

Same for me with the game cartridge of Frozen and I just bought it!

For my part, the tablet has been sent for a standard exchange... apparently, cartridge reading issues are quite common.

I found the cause of these faulty cartridges by opening one. If the circuit board is mounted upside down, as it is in a Paw Patrol cartridge that I bought and that no longer works, the small plastic moldings press against it and eventually pierce the traces on the circuit board, cutting off the signal necessary for proper functioning. But it's impossible to repair with a conventional soldering iron; it's very small. I had to zoom in all the way with my smartphone to see it.
