Hello,
I have a small issue with the Storio that I just bought for my son..
Whenever we do something, whether it's taking a photo or other things, it goes back and automatically starts "updating applications, please wait.."
Has this happened to anyone before? And if so, what can I do?
It's for his Christmas gift, it would be a disaster if it doesn't work.
For your information, I bought it second-hand, I believe it’s the 2017 version..

There is a warranty on your tablet even if it's second-hand.
Return it to the place where you bought it.
