Screen cut-off napkin

Hello,

first of all, to give you some context, I wanted to change the front camera of my iPhone XS Max. When I opened my phone, I accidentally touched part of a ribbon cable attached to the screen, which became partially cut. After repairing the camera,
I turned on the phone and realized that the touch function no longer works. My question is, can I repair the ribbon cable, and if not, is it possible to order a new one without changing the screen? Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.88

    Hello,
You need to take it to an Apple authorized repair center; they are the only ones who can tell you because you won't find that part in retail.

If I have another (broken) iPhone of the same type, can I not extract the cable in question to replace the broken cable of the other iPhone?
