Game lag/freeze

Hello everyone

It has now been about 2 months since I acquired a new PC.
Unfortunately, I am already experiencing performance issues with it.
For example, in the game League of Legends, I don't freeze too much, but it happens quite often that my screen freezes for 1 to 2 seconds without me being able to do anything...
And in some FPS games like Apex Legends, however, it is continuous freezing, it's not too harsh, but it's enough to be annoying.
And sometimes (this is very rare), my PC can freeze quite violently, impossible to close/open a program, the PC suddenly becomes way too slow without anything abnormal showing up in the task manager. The only solution is to force a restart by pressing the power button on the front of the case.

I imagine you're running Windows 10?
If so, is the OS up to date, and is your graphics driver as well?
Also, do you have multiple 'crappy' programs running in the background while you play?
