FPS Drops in League of Legends

Good evening, I'm reaching out because I have no idea how to proceed.
My problem is that my computer can run League of Legends perfectly at 250/300 fps, but every 5 minutes or so it drops to about 50/60 for 2/3 minutes, which ruins the gaming experience.
I have an RTX 2060 6G and a Ryzen 5 3600.

Hello,

You can try putting the game in "fullscreen," it worked on my end to avoid FPS drops.
Otherwise, you can reinstall the game if you haven't tried that yet.
If you're using it, Blitz might be the cause; I recommend Mobalytics instead.
