Unable to send images.

Hello,

For some time now, no matter the site or software (twitter, facebook, zupimage, discord...), I cannot send images. I therefore assume the problem lies with my network.

Sending messages? No problem. Going from one site to another? No problem either. But sending images? It's a whole array of infinite loading, "this image could not be sent," and even complete site crashes in the case of Zupimage.

I don't know why my network suddenly hates images. The problem is that I am an artist, and I need to deliver my products to my clients: impossible to do!

I also tried with a tiny image, 7x7 pixels, and even then: impossible to send. So it's not the size of the image that is too large.

I'm feeling a bit desperate, and I'm here to ask for your help.
Thank you in advance for your responses!

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.88

Google Chrome browser, but also Safari when I try with my phone.
Because it doesn’t work on the phone either, hence my theory about the Wi-Fi.

The PC is an Asus, Republic of Gamers (I don’t know if that changes anything).
After a test, my upload speed is 0.21, and my download speed is 28.27. So in terms of upload... it suddenly dropped.

I didn’t have any problems until last night, I don’t know why suddenly, no images are loading.

Thanks for your help, hoping this information helps you!

the upload speed is very low,
have you tried power cycling your router?
