Microsoft Forms Pro Form Issue

Hello,

I have designed a form using Microsoft Forms Pro, which includes evaluation-type questions with stars.
My problem is that in Chrome, the stars do not appear and squares show up instead. The problem does not occur in IE.

    Hello

    I think it's a browser update issue because I've been using Forms Pro for several years and I've never had these problems on Chrome or any other browser.
