Hello,
Following a thunderstorm, Free had to change our mini 4K server box.
I had a USB stick connected to the previous one on which I had recorded many movies. On the new box, I reinserted the stick, restarted it, and clicked on "recordings" but it doesn't work and responds: you have no recordings, however, the recordings are still present when I connect the stick to my PC. Could someone help me in this situation to view my recordings on the TV screen? I would be very grateful and thank them infinitely in advance.
Maybe see you soon and good evening
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 78.0.3904.108

Hello,
The USB stick connected to the mini 4K, on the player, should not go through recordings, but through Media Explorer, and if the mini 4K is accessible, there should be the USB stick and the recordings folder (if the data is set to be shared and network accessible). Or plug the USB stick directly into the player.

Thank you for your explanations. Indeed, the films appear in Media Explorer but cannot be viewed. I also tried connecting the USB stick to the player with no result. The films can only be seen on the PC.
Perhaps they changed something on the new servers which could prevent viewing the films recorded on the old one. I called 3244 who advised me to check a forum, stating it was not their responsibility!
Thanks again and have a nice day.
