We don't really see the point of a reaction 5 years later, and being aggressive doesn't make your remarks accurate.
Without prejudice to the quality of the items, and regarding opening it without knowing, it is well established that in the case of counterfeiting, the seller outside jurisdiction is not penalized but the buyer is, through destruction of the item or even a fine, but obviously provided that it has undergone a customs control which is not systematic.
One does not write the law, which is the same for everyone depending on their whims or circumstances, but it is public and available to all, provided one takes the trouble to consult it before writing. -

Hello. I ordered some Nike Jordans and received the package 1 month later. The box was in poor condition but the shoes were perfect.

I ordered 2 pairs that never arrived because they were seized by customs for counterfeit. I requested a refund which the site refused, but they returned the shoes which were seized again. I then filed a claim on PayPal to get my money back. However, the site Ice Crew Store provided PayPal with false documents proving that I received my order. So PayPal rejected my request, but after several emails where I sent PayPal the customs retention certificates, I was finally refunded.
