Recover deleted email draft

Hello,
I was in the process of writing a (long) email that I wanted to save as a draft, but I accidentally clicked on “delete draft” too quickly. Unfortunately, this unsaved draft is not in the trash. How can I recover it?

Often, to avoid this risk, I write emails in notes and then send them in an email. Unfortunately, today I forgot to do that.
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1.2

      Where are drafts of emails being written stored while we write them? For example, if we leave the email open and temporarily switch to another app.
