Hello,
I prepared a series of 6 identical messages, each with a list of about twenty recipients in blind carbon copy. I distinguished them in the subject line and saved them all in drafts.
I tried to delete one of these drafts but couldn't, it kept coming back.
Suddenly, all my 5 correct drafts disappeared, and only the earlier versions of 3 of them are left, including the one I had unsuccessfully tried to delete.
I closed the email, restarted the computer... Nothing worked..
Can I recover the disappeared correct versions?
Thank you for your help.

I understand that we cannot recover a deleted message, but, precisely, my messages were appearing in drafts until the moment they disappeared... without me doing anything... And at the same time, I also had the problem of not being able to delete one of my drafts and not being able to save a new one...
If there's no solution, I'll organize myself differently to prevent this from happening again...
Anyway, thank you for responding,
p.s.: and now, I can't even open one of those messages saved in drafts... nor can I do anything else... there's the little spinning rainbow circle no matter what I do... There must be a major bug...
In this case, try the following:
1) restart your computer (completely shut it down)
2) test your messaging again.
If it doesn't work
3) clear the cache of your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, other?) see HERE
4) close the browser
5) wait a few seconds
6 restart and test your messaging.
Just passing by and I might be mistaken...
Could it be the "Mail" application on Mac... (since the question is about MacOS) so an email software (which I know nothing about...) but which may have different recovery features from online messaging services...
See you!
And, after forcing Mail to quit and reopening it... my drafts have miraculously reappeared...
I just hope it won't happen again!
Thank you for your responses to both of you.
Be content.... because I would have been completely unable to help you further with this issue, knowing absolutely nothing about Mac products....
See you later!
