Hello everyone. My TV has a SPDIF "digital out" port. I invested in a Bluetooth transmitter and receiver box with SPDIF optical and auxiliary inputs. I have an optical cable, but it doesn't fit into the TV output (obviously). How can I get sound to my Bluetooth headset? An adapter? Thank you in advance.

Good evening,

New optical cable?
Did you remove the protection at the end?

Yes, it's a new cable and I've removed the cap. Anyway, the output of my TV is round while the optical one is square.

Yes, it's not good, it's not optical on your TV.
It's coaxial

Can you return your box for one with the right connections?
Because I'm not sure the setup will work and having one more box is not great.

Otherwise, a converter like this one might help

First one I found, it's just an example.
Be careful to choose the right inputs and outputs (if not reversible like the example).
